Elsie Hewitt shared a new milestone in her daughter Scottie Rose’s early life: her first swim lesson. The model posted photos and video from the outing on Instagram on July 30, according to E! News.
Hewitt, who shares Scottie Rose with Pete Davidson, showed off matching strawberry-themed swimwear for the mother-daughter pool day. In her caption, she wrote, “my lil strawberry’s first time swimming,” and added that her “heart’s millionth time exploding.”
The post included poolside pictures as well as a clip of Hewitt holding Scottie in the water while the 7-month-old kicked her feet. Scottie wore a red one-piece with black polka dots and green ruffles, while Hewitt wore a maroon bikini with white polka dots.
Hewitt has spoken about motherhood in recent interviews, saying it has made her feel stronger than she expected. In a June 1 interview with Parents, she said her energy and determination have shifted since becoming a mother.
