A Dutch television host has set a Guinness World Records title after driving a motorized clog-shaped vehicle to 70.05 mph, according to UPI Odd News.
Klaas van Kruistum and the team behind his series, Klaas Can Do Everything, wanted to build a record-breaking vehicle and contacted Kevin Nicks, who previously set a record for the fastest motorized garden shed in 2025.
The team based the design on a Dutch wooden clog and used an electric go-kart frame for the vehicle's foundation. The shell was made from polyester and fiberglass.
Van Kruistum reached the top speed on April 4 at Breda International Airport in Bosschenhoofd, Netherlands, enough to secure the title for the fastest motorized clog shoe.
