A driver was pulled from a vehicle after a two-vehicle crash this afternoon at John Wayne Parkway and Hathaway Avenue, according to police and InMaricopa.
The collision happened around 1:55 p.m. when one driver failed to yield while making a left turn, a police spokesperson said.
Police said a tan sedan and a maroon pickup truck were involved in the crash. The sedan had front driver-side damage and was stopped near the southwest corner of the intersection.
The sedan driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The pickup driver was not hurt.
