Denise Richards is sharing new details about the cosmetic work she recently had done, including a full facelift at the end of June 2025, according to E! News.
On an Aug. 3 episode of Dumb Blonde, Richards said she originally planned to have only her neck treated, but after talking with a friend and doing research, she decided to go ahead with a more extensive procedure with Dr. Ben Talei.
Richards said the surgery included work on her neck, lower face and upper face, along with a brow lift and surgery on her upper eyelids. She explained that she trusted Talei’s judgment and wanted the different parts of her face to look consistent.
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star also said recovery was painful, especially the first night after surgery, and that she still has numbness under her chin. Even so, Richards said she is ultimately pleased with the decision and noted that she had previously only had a little Botox and some fillers.
