Maricopa City Council candidate Adam Leach has earned an endorsement from Councilmember Bob Marsh, who said in a letter to the editor published by InMaricopa that Leach is ready to serve on the city council.
Marsh wrote that he and Leach both grew up in the Boston area, and he described Leach as highly capable. He said what stands out most is Leach’s experience and his commitment to the community.
According to Marsh, Leach has more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, contract negotiation, leadership and real estate. Marsh also pointed to Leach’s work as a REALTOR®, saying that role has given him experience working with families, businesses, lenders, contractors and local governments.
Marsh said Leach has already been active in Maricopa through the city’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee, discussions on transportation, infrastructure and economic development, volunteer work in youth sports, and support for schools, first responders and community groups.
Leach’s campaign is focused on responsible growth, transportation improvements, public safety, fiscal transparency, economic development and community engagement. Marsh said he believes Leach has the experience, integrity and temperament needed as Maricopa continues to grow.
