A Maricopa travel agency says it recently received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau after the organization reached out and invited the business to begin the accreditation process, according to InMaricopa.
The company, Two Guys and a Passport, LLC doing business as Cruise Planners, said the accreditation reflects its focus on honesty, transparency and ethical business practices. BBB accreditation is meant to help consumers identify businesses that commit to BBB’s Standards for Trust.
The business said its work is shaped in part by its experience in the airline industry, which it says gives it firsthand knowledge of flight schedules, connections, delays, rebookings and baggage issues. It said that background helps it guide travelers through more than just the booking process.
According to the company, it works on a range of trips including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, honeymoons, destination weddings, family reunions, corporate travel and international vacations. It also said it does not charge consultation, planning or retainer fees and is paid by travel partners after a trip is completed.
The agency said it has built much of its business through repeat clients and referrals and encourages travelers to read reviews before choosing an advisor. It says clients have left five-star reviews across Google, Yelp, Facebook and its website.
