Alli Dore is giving followers a look at her recovery after undergoing rib recontouring, also known as rib modeling, according to E! News.
The Below Deck Sailing Yacht alum posted before-and-after bikini photos on Instagram July 28, saying she was a little more than halfway through her recovery and already felt it was the best cosmetic procedure she has done. In comments, she clarified that she meant it was the best thing she has done “cosmetic wise.”
Dore, 38, said she can already see a noticeable dip in her waist after the procedure. She also noted in a comment that she was in a paid partnership with Snatched Waist and added that the “after” result looks better.
She first discussed the procedure in June after seeing headlines about influencers undergoing a controversial waist-shrinking treatment. Dore said she wanted an hourglass shape after developing rib flare following pregnancy, and later shared that she and other content creators were flown to Bali for pre-surgical tests before surgeons spent about 45 minutes recontouring their ribs, according to E! News.
During recovery, Dore wore a corset and said she feels comfortable with the choice, adding that she has had other cosmetic work in the past, including pinning back her ears. She said she does not feel ashamed about the decision and believes what matters most is how she feels.
