ADOR shares NewJeans videos as label teases future activity plans

ADOR, the HYBE imprint behind NewJeans, posted a series of short videos on July 21 featuring the group’s four remaining members: Hyein, Haerin, Hanni, and Minji, according to Pitchfork. The clips were described as commemorative content for the fourth anniversary of the group’s debut.

In its announcement, ADOR said it plans to share NewJeans’ specific activity plans and methods after discussions are fully completed. The label did not say exactly what form those activities will take.

The release comes after a turbulent stretch for the K-pop group, which officially announced a hiatus in 2025. NewJeans has been involved in a yearslong dispute tied to allegations of workplace mistreatment and copyright infringement, along with an unsuccessful effort to rebrand as NJZ.

NewJeans debuted in 2022 and quickly became one of the biggest K-pop acts of the 2020s, with early hits including “Attention,” “Hype Boy,” and “Cookie.” The group later earned major international milestones, including a Billboard 200 No. 1 with Get Up, a Lollapalooza performance, and a Guinness World Record for reaching one billion Spotify streams faster than any K-pop group before them, according to Pitchfork.
