InMaricopa took a look at what roughly $200,000 can buy in and around Maricopa, highlighting two very different property options.
In the city limits, the least expensive home listed at $203,218 is a three-bedroom, two-bath property with an open-concept layout. According to InMaricopa, it includes quartz countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a large island with breakfast bar seating, a primary suite with dual sinks and a separate shower, plus a two-car garage and an interior laundry room.
The backyard at that home includes a covered patio and space for future landscaping or other outdoor features, the report said.
Outside the city, the second property sits on 3.38 acres and offers room to build, expand or enjoy open desert living. InMaricopa says it comes with city water service, a 26-by-40-foot garage/shop, no HOA, room for RVs, equipment or animals, and a manufactured home that was sold as-is.
