Taylor Frankie Paul has been granted a temporary restraining order against Cru Eaton, the roommate of her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen, according to E! News. The order was issued on Aug. 14 amid Paul’s ongoing legal disputes with Mortensen.
Per People, the judge in Utah described Eaton’s social media post showing Paul and Mortensen arguing as a personal attack. The court also told Eaton to remove the video and prohibited him from posting additional videos of Paul.
In a statement to E! News, Eaton said he had told the truth and planned to move on. He also said he was standing by Mortensen and pointed to allegations involving domestic violence and child abuse.
Paul is currently involved in a custody battle with Mortensen over their 2-year-old son. She and Mortensen were also previously granted competing protective orders against each other, and Paul’s ex-husband Tate Paul has separately tried, unsuccessfully, to keep a temporary restraining order against her in place, according to the source material.
