Reading & Leeds 2026 has teamed up with Spotify on a new feature designed to help fans find artists they may enjoy before the festival begins, according to NME.
The in-app experience looks at a user’s listening history and identifies the five acts on the lineup that best fit their taste. It also gives a percentage showing how closely their music preferences match the wider 2026 bill.
Spotify will then build a personalized playlist for each user so they can hear songs from the artists they are most likely to like. The feature launched on Tuesday, August 11, and will be available to fans in the UK until the festival weekend.
The partnership is the first part of a broader collaboration between Spotify and Reading & Leeds. Future plans include an official playlist, on-site content, interviews and more, with additional details to be announced later.
This year’s Reading & Leeds festival will take place at Little John’s Farm in Reading and Bramham Park in Leeds from August 27 to 30. Headliners include Florence + The Machine, Charli XCX, Fontaines D.C., Dave, RAYE and Chase & Status, while Kasabian will headline Leeds on Thursday after the event was given permission to add music that day.
