Prince Harry is making light of his appearance as he gets older, joking about both his grooming routine and his thinning hair during a recent podcast appearance.
On the July 13 episode of the Joe Marler Will See You Now podcast, the Duke of Sussex said his routine is simple: “s--t, shower, shave,” and added that he trims his beard every five or six days to keep it neat, according to E! News.
Harry also joked that “there’s nothing really happening on top” of his head and said he usually just gets a haircut rather than focusing too much on what is going on with his hair. He clarified that he is “not ginger,” saying his hair is more auburn and recalling that he was bullied at school with nicknames like “Carrot Top.”
The royal has joked about hair loss before. During a July 10 appearance with Invictus Games Foundation athletes and volunteers in London, he quipped that “some of us have lost our hair,” according to People. His brother, Prince William, has also recently made a joke about his own baldness during a public visit.
