PinkPantheress is set to make her acting debut in a new film from Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, the directing duo known as the Daniels, according to Pitchfork.
The Oscar-winning filmmakers are keeping details about the Universal project under wraps, but the cast also includes Matt Damon and Sandra Oh, along with Charles Melton, Sean Kaufman, Silvia Dionicio, Jackson Kelly, Kerrice Brooks, Thalia Dudek and Michael Gandolfini, according to Deadline as cited by Pitchfork.
The untitled movie follows the Daniels’ 2022 film Everything Everywhere All at Once. It is currently aiming for a theatrical release on November 19, 2027.
PinkPantheress has been building momentum in music as well. Pitchfork notes that she received two Grammy nominations this year and became the first woman and youngest person to win the BRIT Award for Producer of the Year.
