Phoebe Bridgers announces first solo album in six years, Lost Weekend

Phoebe Bridgers has announced a new solo album, Lost Weekend, marking her first solo record in six years, according to Pitchfork. The album is set to arrive August 14 through Dead Oceans.

The announcement comes ahead of Bridgers’ Lost Tour, which is scheduled to begin a month after the album release. Pitchfork reports that the tour will include support from Alex G in North America and Isaac Wood, formerly of Black Country, New Road, in Europe.

Bridgers has also released the album’s first single, “Lost Boys.” She shared the tracklist for the project on July 28.

The new album follows Bridgers’ recent work with Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker in Boygenius, after a run of surprise pop-up shows and a short-notice headline performance at Madison Square Garden earlier this month.
