A North Carolina man won a $250,000 lottery prize after letting his lucky ring help him choose a scratch-off ticket, according to UPI Odd News.
Shyheem McNeil of Willow Spring told North Carolina Education Lottery officials that he stopped at the Sheetz on North Main Street in Fuquay-Varina when he felt like playing. He said he hovered his hand over the tickets and bought the one his pinkie ring landed on.
The ticket turned out to be a 20X The Cash scratch-off with a $250,000 prize.
McNeil said he plans to use part of the winnings to buy a Honda.
