Nic Vansteenberghe is sharing an update on where things stand with Olandria Carthen after the two reunited at Jordyn Woods and Karl Anthony-Towns’ wedding, according to E! News.
While appearing at LIV Beach at the Fountainebleau Las Vegas on Aug. 16, Vansteenberghe said he would keep details about their relationship private for now. He did say they “enjoyed ourselves tremendously” at the wedding the night before.
Vansteenberghe and Carthen, who finished as runners-up on season seven of Love Island USA, broke up last month after more than a year together. He said exes can remain friends if a relationship ends on good terms, and added that in his case, “We ended on a good note.”
He also told fans dealing with a breakup that “things will always get better,” but added that it is still “a bit soon” for him to say he is enjoying single life. Vansteenberghe first confirmed the breakup on July 26 in a subscribers-only TikTok post, writing that the split was real and asking for privacy.
