Maricopa’s most expensive home sale in city limits reached $610,000, according to InMaricopa.
The lakefront bungalow was described as full of upgrades, including five bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, a large island, a gas cooktop and custom details such as tray ceilings, wainscoting and a quartzite fireplace wall.
The property also included what is believed to be the area’s largest RV garage, along with room for five vehicles. Outside, the backyard featured a heated pool and spa, an in-ground trampoline, a fire pit, mature fruit trees, artificial turf and direct lake access.
InMaricopa said the home sits on 1.26 fenced acres and includes other practical features such as an attached two-car garage, a detached three-car garage, a workshop with built-in storage and RV hookups. The article said the story first appeared in the July issue of InMaricopa.
