Jennifer Hyatt Tedmori is giving fans a look at the residual checks she still receives from her time on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, according to E! News. Tedmori played Doris Trembly, a member of the “Huge Crew” girls, in 11 episodes of the Nickelodeon series, which ended in 2007.
In a July 23 Instagram update, Tedmori said she had been putting off opening the checks for months. She described the payment process as frustrating, saying some checks are worth only pennies while others are a few dollars.
After opening several envelopes, Tedmori reacted to checks that paid two cents, three cents, 68 cents and a little more than a dollar. She said the total for Ned's Declassified came to $8.63, joking that it might only cover a coffee at Starbucks.
Tedmori also shared that a residual check from a 2008 episode of 90210 was worth $21.43. In the same report, E! News also referenced other former child stars and their careers after early fame.
