Eva Mendes says her family with Ryan Gosling has grown by four paws. The actress revealed on Instagram that the couple welcomed a dog named Charlie into their home, according to E! News.
Mendes introduced the brown doodle in a July 31 post, writing that Charlie was the newest member of their familia and saying the family was in love. She also thanked California Doodle Rescue in the post.
In the photos Mendes shared, she is seen smiling with Charlie in a field and watching the puppy play with the couple’s other dog, Magic. She also posted a short video showing both dogs getting attention as she scratched their backs and hugged Charlie.
The adoption comes as Mendes has also been cheering on Gosling’s career. Earlier this month, she reacted to the news that Gosling will star in Marvel’s Ghost Rider by sharing a fan-edited clip and captioning it, “Love, Roxy,” a nod to her role in the 2007 film Ghost Rider, according to E! News.
Mendes and Gosling share two daughters, Esmeralda and Amada.
