Barry Manilow’s concert in Lexington, Kentucky, was postponed right as Rupp Arena was preparing to open its doors, according to Rolling Stone.
Manilow’s social media announced that the show had been rescheduled because of “unforeseen circumstances.” No specific reason for the change was given.
In a separate statement, the venue said all previously purchased tickets will be valid for the new date once it is announced.
According to local NBC affiliate Lex News, this is the second time Manilow has postponed the Lexington stop. The outlet reported he had previously planned to perform there on March 9, but rescheduled while recovering from lung cancer.
Manilow is still listed as scheduled to perform in Cincinnati on Wednesday.
