Anna Faris says she did not always feel like she fit in with the other parents while raising her 13-year-old son Jack, according to E! News.
At the Aug. 7 premiere of Spa Weekend in Las Vegas, Faris said she often felt as if she was “messing up somehow” and wondered whether she was doing something wrong as a mother.
The 49-year-old said those worries have eased as her son has grown older and shown her how thoughtful he is. Faris said Jack has a strong sense of justice and that she finds him fascinating.
Faris also said she feels lucky to be Jack’s mom, even though she once questioned whether she was “fundamentally well suited” to parenthood. She added that making Spa Weekend helped her appreciate the strong women around her, including co-stars Isla Fisher, Michelle Buteau and Leslie Mann.
