Carefree Covered RV Storage’s Maricopa location has earned top recognition from the Better Business Bureau and BusinessRate, according to a press release reported by InMaricopa.
The facility at 45760 W. Estrella Parkway received an A+ rating from the BBB, which considers factors such as complaint history and marketplace practices. It was also ranked No. 1 in Maricopa by BusinessRate, a platform that compares businesses based on reputation and customer satisfaction.
“This community recognition is especially meaningful because it comes from the people and community we serve,” said Barry Raber, president of Carefree Covered RV Storage.
Carefree says its Maricopa site was the first covered RV storage facility within 15 miles of the city. The 11-acre property opened in November 2025 and includes 516 covered spaces, plus amenities such as a paved lot, a covered two-bay RV wash and individual charge plugs at every space.
The facility also offers security features including gated entry, 31 high-definition cameras and 24/7 surveillance, along with a dump station, dog park, complimentary ice and wholesale propane.
