Kaia Gerber says she once underwent an exorcism as a child after people believed she was possessed, according to E! News.
On the Aug. 14 episode of the Mitch Churi Chat Show podcast, Gerber said she had been told she was “possessed” and joked that she had felt “haunted” for much of her life. She added that the exorcism involved a didgeridoo being played over her.
Gerber said she had never spoken about the experience before, but insisted it really happened. She also said the ritual seemed to work, telling listeners, “I’m all healed.”
She went on to say her mother, Cindy Crawford, gave her holy water when Gerber was cast in American Horror Story season 10 because Crawford did not want her daughter to get possessed while working on the show.
Gerber recently discussed her career in another interview with Vogue, where she said she has benefited from being a “nepo baby” while also feeling pressure to prove herself and work harder.
