Aaron Rodgers shared a series of photos on Instagram showing him spending time with members of his family after years of estrangement, according to E! News. The NFL star had previously said he had been apart from loved ones since 2014.
In the July 20 posts, Rodgers posed with his mother, Darla Rodgers, and later shared a separate photo with his father, Ed Rodgers. He also posted a picture with his older brother, Luke Rodgers, while the two relaxed on a couch.
The family updates did not include his younger brother, Jordan Rodgers. Rodgers also shared moments with Luke’s children, Evie and Jack, including a photo of him fixing a toy and another of him holding his niece’s hand.
The reunion follows Rodgers’ earlier comments about the distance from his family in the Netflix docuseries Aaron Rodgers: Enigma and in the book Out of the Darkness: The Mystery of Aaron Rodgers. He said their relationship began to improve after a 2023 golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, where he encountered his father and decided to speak with him.
